Kris and I were engaged 9 years ago on the 4th of July! What a fun day to remember!
mazie, Ellie, Adrie, Bree and KyraThe next morning (on the 4th) we woke and went to the ward breakfast at grandma Camme's church and then headed to the parade with all the cousins.
Adrie always holds on to Kris's ears like this when she rides on his shoulders-it is so funny!

Kris's family as always had the tradition of matching 4th of July apparel. When he proposed on the 4th the ring was attached to a 4th of July shirt so it is always fun to wear patriotic gear on the 4th.

The girls got to ride to the parade in the back of Papa's truck and they thought that was GREAT!
After the parade it was back to grandma's to swim and BBQ~
Great Grandpa Big Ard was singing to BRee and it was so sweet how she was just staring up at him!

So much to comment on! First, love the girls haircuts - they look darling! What a fun holiday (despite the throwing-up part)! How do you get your kids to pose in a picture????? My kids will never do it. It looks like your girls (and Kris) had a blast at the Stadium of Fire! Fun, fun, fun!
I guess i haven't seen ky and aj since they got their haircuts. They are really cute, adrie looks darling in short hair.
