Swim Days

Summer has been so much fun with everyone visiting! We have been able to do lots of fun things together!

Tater Man!

Bree was just chillin at her second experience with swimming. In her first attempt in the water she wasn't a big fan but this time she seemed to not have much of an opinion on the matter!

Her little swimsuit shows off her cute little rolls! She doesn't have much on her cousin Ava but she is getting more and more!

Adrie's mermaid pose! We had a little scare at the pool today with Adrie. She walked off the edge of the step and went under the water but none of us saw her for a minute until we noticed the lifegueard running over. We grabbed her and she was fine but very scared and crying. She had been holding her breath so she wasn't even coughing or anything but nonetheless she was scared and my heart stopped for a moment. Afterwards we were sitting on the towel and I was telling her how good she did to hold her breath and in the sweetest little voice she said "but mom, I couldn't come up." It was so sad. She got right back in but decided to stay where she could touch.


We have started going to the community pool about once a week with a whole bunch of our friends and it has been lots of fun! The kids have a great time and it is fun for us moms to be able to have some adult conversations too!
