Friday was "Kindergarten Zoo" at Kyra's class! Her teacher is this incredible lady who always does reallly fun, creative things and this was one of the many she has put together for her class this year! Each of the kids had to choose an animal and they worked on learning about their animal and becoming "animal experts" on their animal for a few weeks at school. They even wrote simple reports at school. So on friday they had to dress up as their animal. Kyra was a giraffe-perfect timing for the Gap to carry a giraffe line of girls clothing!

Kyra and her friend Ashlyn who was also a giraffe.

Kyra's wild animal class.

Each student had to get up in front of everyone and tell what they had learned about their animal. Mrs. Lightfoot was the "zookeeper". It was so cute! The kids did a great job!

Adrie wanted to wear the cool giraffe mask too.

Close up of the giraffe-look at those eyes pearing out!
Wheeler Farm-
After Kyra was out of school Tysen, Lacey, Lindey, Shaley and Camme and the kids came up and we all went to see more animals at Wheeler Farm.

The kids fed the ducks......

Bree had been REALLY sick for the last week and was finally feeling a little better. She was a trooper even though she still wasn't feeling well. Cool tongue trick she is doing..

The twins having lunch! Isn't this little set up great! They have these cool bottle holders to hold their bottles for them in their car seats. I LOVE how they play with eachother's toes!

The cousins!

Mazie, Adrie, and Kyra

After lunch we took a wagon ride behind the tractor.

The kids LOVED it!

me, Bree, and Andrew, How do I look with a boy?

Lindey, Andrew, Madi, and Kyra

We had a lot of fun! It was nice to have everyone come to our neck of the woods for an outing! Thanks guys!

What a fun day! The zoo thing was so cute. I read about it in the school "paper". I can't believe School is almost out.
Love the giraffe skirt! Fun to see you with a little boy by your side too! Hmm...
Animals are always a hit. Bree is looking so grown up to me in those pictures. So cute!
That mask/skirt worked out great! Go Ky! However, the mask looks a little too realistic in some of the pictures - kind of freaky!
Perfect timing on the giraffe! What a cute idea!
