Kindergarten Celebration

Kyra's class did such a cute program for their kindergarten celebration! The sang two cute songs that they had been working on for a couple months. One was to the tune of the Adams' family and was about all that they had accompllished in kindergarten, The other was to the tune of "New York, New York" and was about being ready for first grade. I cried through the whole song! I am really bad at letting go of my baby and letting her grow up!
After the songs they all recited a poem about kindergarten and how they are not babies anymore-yes more tears from mom!
Kyra was on the last row so she had to wait a long time for her name to be called.
Kyra getting her diploma from Mrs. Lightfoot and Mr. Dean. After the kids got their diplomas they showed a slide show of the year (which they even gave a copy of to every family). It was really cute!

After the celebration grandma treated the girls to Wingers (my favorite). Kyra thought it was so cool that we went out to eat because of how well she did in kindergarten. and she told Adrie when she gets in kindergarten we will get to do it for her to. When I took this picture she was saying kindergarten rocks!
Bree loves Wingers because they have popcorn!

Way to go Kyra! You did so great this year at school and we are REALLY proud of you!
