This is the Place

We went to This is the Place Park while Chaly was in town and it was a lot of fun! We met some of my cousins and their kids there and there was so much to see and do. THe kids got to sit on one of the real pioneer beds

and hanging it on the clothesline

They got to water the vegetables in the garden

The girls LOVED the pony ride

except Adries horse kept coming very close to hitting the side

Bree giggled the whole time

There was this cute little petting area where you could just walk around with all the little animals and pet them.

THere were goats, donkeys, lambs, and chickens

Our great,great,great,great,great grandpa is Heber C. Kimball and this is his house. It was fun to see it and be there with cousins.

The kids also got to ride a little train around this pond and through a little tunnel.

They got to make little crafts at different shops....here they did leather stamping

There was a darling little miniature village that they had a blast palying in

I want this playhouse in my backyard...it was SO cute!

After this is the place, we went to liberty park to let the kids cool off in the water

Bret and Jess met us there

It's a good thing we had family in from out of town to make us go do the fun things that are right here that we never get to do.
