Last week was CRAZY busy! We had something every single night!

The girls started their Christmas lists....they love cutting out pictures from ads and magazines and the rule is you can put whatever you want on your list as long as you realize Santa will decide what he thinks you will like best and he won't bring you everything. The nice thing is that this project entertains them for days! Adrie literally did not have an inch of paper showing on through her list.

We have this pillow with a pocket where you can leave a letter for Santa and then hopefully the elves will come pick it up in the night...So the other night the girls had made letters and they were so cute. They had done it on their own and I loved seeing that Kyra's was a thank you note to Santa and his elves....so cute!

So our week of events started monday night with a date night to the Jazz game to entertain some clients of Kris's. It was really fun! Then Tuesday night we had Kris's company party! It is always fun because it is fancy and is always held at the country club!

Kyra snapped a few pictures for us before we left..Luckily the kids are always happy when we have a babysitter because our sitter is amazing. We had her two nights in a row and the girls were thrilled because hse brought new games to play and she brought little wooden mittens and thye each made ornaments for us for the tree. She is the best!
At the company party we are always a little nervous about some of the entertainment they choose...it is not always the greatest quality. But this year was different. They had John Schmidt and it was INCREDIBLE! He played his Love story meets Cold Play rendition, among others, and it was a VERY lovely evening out on the town.
A fun start to a fun week!

You look gorgeous in the pictures. Glad it turned out to be a great night! Sounds fun. I'm jealous you have such a good babysitter. Actually, I haven't left all of my kids with a non-family babysitter since Davey was born. I feel like 4 is a lot for me to handle - let alone a teenager!! We'll get there one day (hopefully!).
Can't wait to see more of the fun you've been having . . .
Ditto to Mary's comment. I Love the pictures of you and Kris. That purple jacket is way cute. I love John Schmidt. What a fun way to start off your holidays.
I love the Santa letter pocket.
So cute! Love the Christmas letters from your girls. Such cute traditions!
