Almost here

I am sitting here feeling the babies wrestling for space inside and so many thoughts and emotions are going through my head as their birth approaches.

GRATITUDE for the amazing people in my life who have made it possible to be on bed rest for 4 months so that these babies could join our family. And for the many many people who have kept us and these babies in their prayers.
It makes me emotional and overwhelms my heart to think about all the help no love we have shown through all this.

AWE at the miracle it really is that this pregnancy has turned out so well after all that has gone on

APPRECIATION I have gained for my amazing husband and kids for being so understanding of the situation our family has been in throughout this pregnancy and stepping up to the challenge

ANTICIPATION to finally get to meet these two miracle babies and hold them in my arms

ANXIETY wondering how crazy this is really going to be with basically 2 sets of twins and having Kris working crazy hours until April 15

NOSTALGIA looking at my Breezy girl and realizing that she is no longer my baby.

NERVES hoping all is well with both babies and that the c section goes well.

THANKFUL for the lessons I have learned more about through the last 9 months....patience, endurance, faith, and priorities.

Finally in less then 48 hours we will be holding the little ones we did all this for!

Wow, here already! (I know, it's easy for me to say that -- I haven't been on bedrest for 4 months!) Congrats, and good luck!

Congratulations and Good Luck! What lucky babies to be born into such a wonderful family and with four big sisters to entertain them!

So excited to "meet" your babies! Twins are truly amazing and so much fun. Have someone take lots of pictures. I didn't do that and really wish we had more of when they were little bits. :-) Praying for you and your family and the new additions.

Kecia, I'm so happy that the time is so close!! I hope the girls can hang in there till Monday!! I had a scheduled c/s for a Monday morning, and Olivia decided she wasn't gonna wait, my water broke on Sunday morning and we were off! :) Can't wait to "meet" those little blessings!! Praying for all of you!! Yay!!

I am so beyond thrilled that everything has turned out so well for your sweet family!! I have had a prayer in my heart for your family for months now!! I can not wait to see the pictures :) I have had 3 c-sections.... you will do amazing! Just don't let your "non-babies" climb on you too much for the next 4-6 weeks but I'm sure they are used to that with the nest rest and all!

I am one of Chaly's old roommates and followed Mia's blog and now your blog. Wishing you the best tomorrow. You have such an adorable family and are an incredible woman. I can't imagine being on bed rest 4 months. I am sure most of it was hard, but you were still able to share the bright side of it all with us. So glad that your little girls will be here tomorrow.
