More of the running from the waves game! Kyra and Adrie both enjoyed trying to outrun the waves and also trying to jump over them but Kyra would play this for hours with anyone who would-or she would just play by herself. She loved it!
The water was not very warm but she didn't care!
Adrie is getting in the position to run from the next wave!
It was nice to have a little help jumping the waves from uncle Bret and Jess.
We had already taken baths and gotten clean but we couldn't resist walking on the beach again to watch the sunset so here we are with wet hair!
The boys decided to try some inflatable furniture in the water this year. They used this chair and they also did bogie boarding on the air mattress, which I tried with Kyra and I fell right off when the first wave came. Yes I was only in a couple inches of water but I did get wet up to my neck which was a success according to the guys!
We have been to Oregon many times and have never figured out until this year that we should bring wetsuits to make the water more bearable. This is our surf pose-Kris looks very cute in his wetsuit and I wanted to look like I was going to do something fandy in the water.
