Last week the girls had their cousins over for a sleepover. They always love watching a movie, eating popcorn and sleeping on the blow up mattress together! Kyra and Mazie were also very excited to wear their matching pajamas!
Cousin Ellie loves Baby Bree and every time she holds her she wants someone to take a picture of them so here you go Ellie!
Kyra, Adrie and their best bud Halle had been begging to have a lemonade stand so we finally did it-in 100 degree weather! They were so excited. Every time a car drove by they would cheer and say "yeah a customer is coming" and then when the car would pass they would slump down all depressed and wait for another car. I think in their minds they pictured a booming business where they would have a line of customers at all times-unfortunately,reality was just a little different. We had a few customers on our street and then we decided to move in front of another friend's house that had more traffic. They had a little more success there but the big tip award went to uncle Bret and Jess. As Julie and I watched them sweating it out for their few sales we decided we would never pass by a lemonade stand again! Even if you throw out the lemonade-just stop anyway-it makes their day!
While Kris was out of town we spent our time swimming! First we went with mom, Bret, Jess and some friends to a community pool(sorry no pictures that day), then we went to the splash pool with the cousins. Bree (above) fell asleep in the water-she will just fall asleep anywhere-it's great!
The girls had a great time at the pool together!
