We were able to go with kris on another work roadtrip this week. The girls LOVE to go to the hotels! They have all these little rituals. We started out in Moab for one day. We swam and did the usual pizza in the room while watching a movie. (warning there are a lot of pictures-trips kindof do that to me-believe it or not I even left a lot out)

I LOVE these pictures of Bree! She was doing so good sitting up for a minute on her own!

Posing in the hotel room1

We love staying at a hotel because we can just lounge, play cards, eat treats, and watch movies (ok mostly we had to watch lots of Hannah Montana this time)

Adrie was so intense on coloring this picture

Mom and the girls watching Hannah Montana

After Moab we headed to Telluride Colorado which was absolutely gorgeous!! Kris's client owns the ski resort and golf club in Telluride so we stayed at this great hotel on one side of the mountain and then rode the gondola up and over the mountain to the other side called Mountain city. The girls wanted to ride the gondola over and over and over!

Mom and Ky on the Gondola

The girls on the balcony of our hotel room! We had a great view of the beautiful fall mountains from our room!

Ky and Bree on the balcony. Kyra took this picture-she did a good job!

One of the views from the mountain! Telluride is in a beautiful valley!

Bree and Daddy!

The girls being silly and performing on the picnic table!

Adrie's "ahhooy Captain!" move!

The girls posing outside a nonworking gondola

Me and my girls!

Kris's photography skills came out on the trip! He got some great shots!

View from the gondola looking back over Telluride!

The girls and I went to this great little park while Kris was working! I love fall and it was so fun to be able to just sit and enjoy the leaves and the fall without worrying about what I should be home getting done!

More silly poses!

The girls and dad when we met him for lunch!

Bree thinks she wants to try and get somewhere!

More gondola rides with dad! We seriously went on this a lot! It was about a 15 minute ride to the top and the top point was an elevation of 10,500 feet. We saw 8 dear and a porcupine on our trips!

The little market had these cute little carts that the girls fell in love with!

Kyra and Adrie at the park!

Bree tried out the swing for the first time and she was giggling and trying to keep her eyes open but it was a little bright out!

This was our final ride up the mountain. We literally had to get out of the car on our way out of town and ride the gondola one last time so we got off at the first stop instead of going the whole way but at least we got a great picture!

What a fun trip. That was some beautiful scenery. Your hotel trips sound like a ball. Could I come next time??
I'm dying at how cute all your pictures are. That looks like such a fun trip. I love that picture of Adrie with braids in her hair...she is so grown up! I could use a little road trip right about now. Have fun in Ohio!
Cam & I are seriously having withdrawals from the girls, and you guys too! We even thought about hopping in the car this morning, then reality kicked in... Anyways... Bree looks so grown up and cute! She looks like Adrie in the picture of her on the chair. We can't wait to see you in a few weeks!
You guys picked the perfect time to go to Colorado. The leaves are so pretty. You always take so many cute pictures of your kids on your trips. Your family seems like you all have lots and lots of fun together!
LOVING all the pictures!!!
One of my favs in the one of you and the girls - you totally need to frame that one - it's too cute!!!
-k- seriously could Bree be any cuter - she has thee cutest smile ever! Every time I see a pic of her big smile it just makes me happy :)
Random question - I love your hubbys long sleeve brown shirt with white stripes - do you remember where you got it? I'm needing a shirt like that for Brett for family pictures.
Kecia,
That second picture of Bree is awesome. She made me laugh when she made that silly face. She has grown up a lot. I guess I don't see her as much as I see Kyra and Adrie, so it surprised me to see how old she is and that fact that she is old enough to be aware of making funny faces... She is so cute, she makes me laugh.
I too love Kris's long sleeve shirt. Do you think he'd let me borrow it for a few days? What... you don't think I'd fit in it?
Kecia - where did you get that super cute denim jacket? I think it would be really cute on my Mother for some pictures me and her are taking together.
Funny about the shirt guys. Tucker, you probably have the same shirt anyways. Our wives can't seem to go shopping without each other and they usually buy us the same shirts.
Looks like a good time was had by all. I'm jealous! I'm not jealous about the hotel room though, I hate hotel rooms, as you know, I'm a germophobe (sp?)! Hope you're having a great time.
Kecia and I do shop without each other occasionally, but we still end up buying the same things.
I had so much fun looking through all these pictures! I can't believe how big Bree is getting! She can sit up on her own, and those pictures of her doing that were so dang cute! It looks like you guys had so much fun, I'm so jealous that you get to go on all those trips! Your girls are so great, and I love how they get along so well, and play so good together! You have such a great little family, I'm so happy I get to be a part of it!
Boys, maybe one day when you're a little older you can pick out your own shirts, then you wouldn't have this problem!
Looks like so much fun! p.s. sorry i tagged you, go to my blog.
SO MANY PIC'S. You are a Clapier though, so I guess its alright. This is Cam by the way.
Mary,
Trust me, I try to buy my own clothes but by the time I get them home and put them on Julie tells me how ugly they are (the shirt, not me...I hope). I find that the path of least resistance is easiest. Plus, I like to dress like Kris, he has good taste.
Bree is so so socute!! it looks like you had lots of fun!
Mark & Tucker - I found the coolest shirt yesterday at Target. You guys should go and get it. It is blue and white, you'll see it. Although your wives might have already gotten it for you.
