Happy St. Patrick's Day
HAPPY ST. PADDY'S DAY! Kyra started out the day with a visit from a leprechaun at school. She was so excited about it! The leprechuan had left them gold and made messes all over their classroom. So she was on the lookout for leprechauns the rest of the day. We had one leprechaun finding-he turned the toilet water green in all the toliets. Adrie was a little concerned about that and she wouldn't use the toilets until they had been flushed.
For our "green" dinner we had green enchiladas, green jello, green rice, and green rice krispie treats for dessert.
After dinner we had FHE and learned about the meaning of Easter. Bree really enjoyed playing with the eggs.

Since dad was in charge of the activity we played the Wii. Kris was not wearing green and Kyra thought it was so fun to pinch him. When I asked her if she had been pinching her friends at school who didn't wear green she said "no becuase I was scared I would have to go to the principals office."-such an obedient girl (at least at school).
Kyra and Adrie "breakin it down" with High School Musical (Adrie likes to say that lately along with other funny phrases like "I am having a party in my tummy"-which she says when she is eating.)
Overall it was a fun day!

So cute! I was too lazy to do much for St. Patricks Day this year. It looks like you had tons of fun.
Your green dinner looks good. Thanks for the recipe. My kids actually liked it. That is so funny that Adrie says she's having a party in her tummy. She is hilarious! I love Bree's green outfit.
Now I have the "Party in the Tummy" song from Yo Gabba Gabba in my head. I love your green dinner. I want to do the egg FHE for my kids too. Your girls look cute in their green.
You are so fun and your girls couldn't be cuter. I love the picture in your header of the 3 of them. Tell Kris he's a party pooper for not wearing green! :)
I sense there's a lot of Yo Gabba Gabba watching going on at your house -- ours too! Even my husband goes around saying "let's do it ... now break it down!"
p.s. I found your blog thru Julies ... I'm a friend of hers from high school!
So cute! Please don't tell my kids about the leprechauns...my kids would be jealous!
That's so fun! I'm so lame and didn't do anything for St. Patrick's Day this year. I guess I can still get away with it because my kids are little and don't know what's going on. Not for long, though...
What a fun St. Patty's day! I got that lip gloss at some random place in California. The brand name is Too Faced. They have an online website, and maybe, just maybe Nordstrom carries the line, but I'm not sure.
