Our first stop was H&M....man I wish we had this store here.
We had dinner at Hard Rock Cafe one night...
This bronze guy was really cool to watch...he looked like he was really made of bronze and robotic
The conference was at Harrah's so that's where we stayed

One night we went to the Lance Burton magic show and then ate at this cute little ice cream shoppe called Serendipity and had some great people watching along the strip! Vegas has AWESOME people watching!

Our last day happened to be my birthday. It was REALLY fun to have the whole day with Kris to celebrate. I started out the day shopping at the outlets on my own ( I even took a cab all by myself to get there) and then Kris and I went to lunch and then checked out some of the hotels on the strip that we hadn't been in before. The Bellagio is really neat!

We were also celebrating our 10th anniversary (which was a few weeks ago) so it was fun to be back where we had been on our honeymoon 10 years previously. The above picture was on our honeymoon, we had stayed at the excalibur......
and here we are in front of the excalibur 10 years later!
The best part of the week was the Lion King at the Madalay Bay! IT WAS PHENOMENOL! It WAS SO good and the costumes, music, special effects, everything was OUTSTANDING and BREATHTAKING! We had great seats too right in the middle about the 10th row. I wish I could have taken pictures through the whole thing but we couldn't so I found a few online.
We had a FABULOUS time! It is always nice to get away and remember why you fell in love and just have fun and relax together. A BIG THANKS to my sister CHALY for coming to stay with my kids!!

I am so glad you guys had such a great time. And on a crazy note. Scot and I stayed at the Excalibur for our honeymoon, ten years ago too. I thought that was funny.
I can't even look at this post right now . . .I'm too jealous and in need of something like this! What a fab time you must have had. Just the idea of sleeping in and hanging out with no agenda sounds divine! Glad you could go.
