Every other year we go with my whole family to the Oregon coast to stay in a beach house. It is always so much fun and the kids were so excited to go this year. We split up the long drive and stayed in a hotel on the way there. When we got up the next morning we headed to Mutnomah falls before heading to the beach house. The drive along the columbia river gorge is GORGEOUS! 
We were dressed in summer attire and it was a little chilly at the falls
The beach house was not quite available when we arrived so we played at a nearby beach until we could get in.
