Pumpkins and High school Musical 3

Saturday we went to pick pumpkins, we were going to go to an actual farm with a pumkin patch but we were on our way to see High School Musical 3 so we just stopped at t lot and chose some.

I love Bree's face in this one.
They also had a kids haunted corn maze that the girls went through.

Bree had her scary face going on alot again.

After the pumpkins it was on to the long awaited showing of High School Musical 3~ I was almost as excited to see it as the girls-I have to admit I actually enjoy the whole HSM phenomenon. I thought this one was really good. The music and dance numbers were especially fun and it was so cute to hear the girls giggling and enjoying it so much! Too bad it is the last one!

30, Flirty, and Thriving?!

Yes I turned the BIG 30 last week! Kindof crazy to think I am that old-30 seemed so old when I was younger and now I am there. WEIRD! I made Kris watch "13 going on 30" with me in honor of the big day because I love that movie! Although my life at 30 is very different than the single career woman in the movie, I wouldn't change a thing! I love being a wife and a mother! The girls helped Kris make this sign and cute cards, and they cleaned the house and their room to surprise me-funny how that is such a WONDERFUL gift as a mom!
My mom took me, Lida and Amy to Firehouse pizza for a YUMMY lunch and FHzookie! I always look forward to birthday lunch!

Me and my mom! Thanks for a yummy lunch!!
It was hard for me to go to bithday lunch without Kyra because she always loved going and now she is in school so we missed her!I took these pictures before lunch because it is so fun to see Bree standing so well. She is doing really well and can scoot along the table a little even. She looks so old!

For my birthday gift Kris bought me a ticket to go with some girlfriends to Phoenix in a few weeks which I am REALLY excited about! Then saturday he surprised me and took me and we went and got a couple's massage and then went to Tepanyaki for dinner. It was wonderful!Sunday night both families came over for treats

My mom gave me this great mirror and Kris already hung it with this awesome heavy duty hanger that you just stick in the wall, no tools needed and it holds up to 150 pounds-it is an awesome little find for hanging home decor!

All in all it was a fun birthday celebration.

Gotta Love the Witches!

I LOVE the yearly tradition of checking out all the festive witches at Gardner Village and we chose a beautiful night to do it last week!
So when we were in Disneyland Bree started doing this face when we were standing in line for the Haunted Mansion and we realized that she does it when things are scary or when you say "OHH"! So with all the witches she was doing it a lot! It is so funny!
All of us doing Bree's "scary" face!
Amy moved quick when Kris tried to move in!
Have I mentioned how much I love fall?!

Princesses, and villans, and Characters oh my.....

(final disneyland post) We got to eat breakfast with the princesses-the girls highlight of the trip is getting to meet the princesses one on one and getting their picture with them and their autographs. Kris is such a good sport about all the girly princess stuff!!
Unfortunately Belle wasn't at the breakfast and the girls insisted on meeting her so luckily we found her on the last day and as we were standing in line Kyra was all excited and said "Yes, we are finally getting to see Belle. Now the trip is perfect! " Hearing that makes it worth the wait in the line.
Pretty sure Jasmine was Kris's favorite (hee hee)
We lucked out this year and got to see TONS of the characters and princesses without too much waiting and the girls LOVED it! They especially loved when they got to hold hands with Alice in Wonderland and walk through Main Street with her. And yes although I am not a winnie the pooh fan I allowed them to get his picture and autograph too!

What cute sisters!

So Bree wasn't afraid of ANY of the characters-not even the villans. For some reason every time we saw a villan they would come up to Bree and she just smiled and tried to touch them, while the other two girls ran and hid behind me!

Watching the fun fireworks show on the last night at the park!

The fireworks are done over the castle and Tinkerbell flies over the castle as well and It was so cute watching Adrie wave to Tinkerbell through the whole thing! She just had this sweet smile on her face as she was waving to Tink!
Well the Disneyland post is finally done! Can't wait to go again!
