Kyra's music video

The toothfairy will be coming tonight!

Kyra FINALLY lost her first tooth! It has been loose for months and the one behind it is already grwon in but the tooth was still hangin on until this morning! Adrie has been looking forward to the toothfairy visiting almost as much as Kyra. The other day Adrie woke up and said "mom I think the toothfairy came to get Kyra's tooth last night because I saw sparkles in my room in the night," She seems to think the toothfairy will just come in and take the tooth right out of you mouth!
Way to go Ky! You have moved into a new "big girl/awkward" stage!

Pioneer Day

Kris was out of town all week for work so we celebrated the 24th of July on our own this year. Wednesday we went to a parade and fireworks with Lida, Brandon, Tate, Chaly and Cam.Thursday we went to Grandma Camme's to swim and hang outThat night we went to a BBQ at Grandpa Big Ard's and then we went to a block party at Tysen's friends. The cousins were all there and they had lots of fun stuff to do so the girls had a good time Tysen and Ava

Sunday in the Summer

I love sunday evenings in the summer! We usually go to my parents for dinner and then end up outside on the front lawn. Last sunday uncle Cam brought a scooter over and the girls had a great time riding it.


Bree even rode it and she thought it was great!

Kyra can make Bree laugh so hard and lately she has been doing it alot. Bree gets laughing so hard her whole body shakes and she can hardly sit up-this is just a small clip of it

Adrie was singing the wise man and the foolish man and she thought it says "the rains came down and the flowers came up"

Family from out of town

We got to see some of our family from Ohio this past week. Lex-these are for you! We really wished you could have come too!

Saturday we had a baby shower for my cousin Whitney. This is her darling baby Presley Lorraine.
Bree LOVED her! Bree is really into babies lately and she gets REALLY excited when she sees one.
It was fun to see all our cousins who live here but we don't see very often.I miss the good old days of hanging out with them all at Grandma's. We missed those who weren't there!
After the shower we watched the long awaited for Miley/Hannah Best of Both Worlds concert on TV with our 3D glasses.

Week Recap

We did a lot of fun summer activities this past week so I am going to do one post to sum up the week's fun!

MONDAY:

Kyra has been into cooking and playing restaurant this week

Monday night We went to the drive in to see Kung Fu Panda and The Incredible Hulk. The girls LOVE the drive in and sitting in the back of dad's truck!

We celebrated Chaly's birthday there
Made some silly faces while we were waiting for the movie to start.
This is what the girls looked like when it was time to go home. They all stayed awake through the first movie-Kung Fu Panda -and then we talked them into going to sleep when the second movie started

TUESDAY:

We bought the girls a swingset last weekend and Kris has been working on it for days! They weren't kidding in the instructions when they said "plan for 10-14 hours of assembly time". The girls sat anxiously watching as Kris assembled it and he finished it on Tuesday. They were THRILLED!

Finally-we can swing! They have played on it all week-it is great! The see saw swing is not quite finished though-it was missing a piece. Bree just giggles when she is swingingOne night they were swinging and the sprinklers came on so they decided to run through them with dad.

Bree is getting a whole bunch of teeth right now-it has taken awhile.

WEDNESDAY:

First we went to the pool with some friends

Bree and Avery found a new way to stand and play in the water. They thought it was great!

We were glad some new faces joined us at the pool, Myra and her girls, Lynleah and Avea, and DeDee and her kids (De Dee didn't want to be in a picture and we didn't want to scare her from coming with us again so we let her off the hook this time)

Bree was out before we left the parking lot! I LOVE sleeping babies-so sweet!

Wednesday night for young womens our class, well Candace and I rode our bikes to Gardner Village where we met Jenn for a treat at the Bakery.

I decided to take Adrie and Kyra in the bike trailer and boy was it a workout! Luckily Candace is nice enough to go slow with me. The girls both fell asleep on the way there.

THURSDAY:

We spent the day swimming at Grandma Camme' s and then went to Golden Corral for Mazie's birthday.

FRIDAY:

Kris got home around 2 so we went to the pool again. The girls have been wanting Kris to come swimming with them all summer. Dad's are much more fun to swim with then mom's right?!

SATURDAY:

Worked around the house getting the garage back in order and putting the finishing touches on the kitchen (pictures of the finished product to come soon)

SUNDAY:

The usual sunday activities except Bree just took a big fall down the stairs-ALL the way down to the basement........Before the fall.......i

After-luckily it looks like she just ended up with a MAJOR rug burn from the stairs on her forehead
